| Remote Administration programs allow us to connect to your computer over the Internet and work on your computer as if we were physically sitting at your computer. This allows LasaterTech to diagnose and fix problems without having to come to your home or place of business. Since this saves us the time, it saves you money. It's a great tool to diagnose and fix problems. There are free programs (I like VNC) that allow us to do this and it's also built-in to Windows XP Professional. You give us a call and sit back and watch as we work on your computer from our office. |
